Mathallen was established in 2015 with a vision to highlight local ingredients and Northern Norwegian food culture. Today, the restaurant is run by Tora Langøy from Nordmøre, together with our Swedish head chef, Viking Isbjørn Andersson, and restaurant manager Henriette Wist, who grew up on Sommarøya.
Together, they create a unique dining experience for our guests — rooted in Arctic flavors and ingredients, often with a modern twist, exquisite drinks, and the generous hospitality of Northern Norway.
